Meet the Team
Richard
Richard founded Easy PC in 2007 and has provided customers with top tier support and knowledge from years of experience in the IT industry. He has worked in various disciplines across multiple industries including food & brewing, London public transport, local government and professional IT consulting services.
Before founding Easy PC, he worked managing an IT Support Department, overseeing the support of over 450 users, working on PC's, laptops and servers - providing first, second and third line support, building himself a credible reputation.
When not working he spends his spare time keeping fit by looking after the head of security and trying to improve his DIY skills.
Robert
Driven by a lifelong interest in how technology works, Robert holds a First Degree in BSc (Hons) Interactive and Immersive Technologies. At EasyPC, he delivers exceptional on-site and in-store technical support while managing the company’s media presence, ensuring clients receive seamless and accessible solutions.
As our resident hardware expert, Robert specializes in designing custom PC builds that range from budget-friendly gaming rigs to high-end productivity workstations. Whether he is consulting on a custom system or troubleshooting a complex issue, he is dedicated to providing high-performance results—even if he still can't escape the role of "Tech Support" outside of work. "Thanks Mum!"Harry
Harry began his career with an apprenticeship as a Mac Hardware Technician, successfully earning his qualification as a Hardware Solutions Technician. He brought this acquired skill to the EasyPC team, where he specializes in the diagnostics and repair of both Apple and Windows hardware, and utilises advanced microsoldering equipment to perform board-level repairs.
Outside of the workshop, Harry is an avid gamer, with a particular interest in racing simulators and League of Legends. A dedicated football fan, he can frequently be found at Portman Road cheering on his favorite club, Ipswich Town. "Come On You Blues!"
Sean
Sean is the newest addition to the team, bringing a massive wave of enthusiasm and a keen eagerness to learn the tech trade. Diving headfirst into everything from system troubleshooting to custom PC builds, he is quickly mastering the ropes alongside our senior tech team.
Always ready to lend a hand wherever it's needed, Sean is dedicated to expanding his skills and supporting the daily operations at EasyPC, all whilst wisely maintaining a safe, respectful distance from Rosco’s kitchen office!Rosco
Rosco is our head of security and takes his job very seriously - provided the job involves plenty of snacks! He is occasionally found in his office (The Kitchen) - which he considers the most high-risk area in the building for unmonitored snacks. He's incredibly friendly, but prefers to run his operations securely from his office.
His credentials include a black belt in detecting the sound of his bag of treats. In fact, he only works for treats, and refuses to learn how a computer works!
